We deliver nationwide via trusted couriers (e.g., J&T, LBC, Ninja Van).
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on location.
Free shipping applies for qualified promos (e.g., 3 or more items of any kind).
We are not responsible for courier delays or incorrect addresses.

4. Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused and in original condition.
Defective or wrong items will be replaced or refunded.
