Refund Policy

Refunds & Replacements

Because items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect address provided by the customer.

Refunds or replacements are only available if:

*The item arrives damaged

*The item is defective

*The wrong item is received

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Refund Process

All refund requests are reviewed and processed in coordination with our third-party fulfillment partner.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping

Shipping and delivery are managed by our third-party partner. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue is caused by a production or fulfillment error.
