Made-to-Order Items
All Fujiwara08 products are made to order.
Because of the custom production process:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color choice, or change of mind.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, size charts, and order details before completing a purchase.
This policy helps maintain quality and ensures fair processing for all orders.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help.
To request a review, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide the following:

Clear photos of the item and packaging

A continuous unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened, clearly showing the product and the issue
The unboxing video is required so we can properly review the claim and forward it for verification.
Once the issue is reviewed and verified, we will offer:

A replacement item, or
-
A refund if a replacement is not available
Requests submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

International Orders
Fujiwara08 ships worldwide.
Please note:

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes

These fees are the responsibility of the customer

Shipping delays due to customs clearance are non-refundable
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
